As part of our service to brige the gap in the community, 1 Day Better will offer a 1 day free coaching clinic geared towards Youth Football coaches held and constructed by our Toledo-Metro area coaches. Our clinic consists of classroom instruction on health & safety, practice planning, communication, and offensive and defensive play.  Following coaches will have the oppurtunity pick the brains on the Highschool coaches. also have the oppurtunity to learn drills for each position from the High School Coaches.

We also discuss the Heads Up program, which was designed to help make the game safer with proper tackling instruction.  If you are planning on coaching or think you may want to coach in 2014, this clinic is perfect for you. FREE OF CHARGE.
